At Explorers Maps, quality is a priority and we do our best to make sure the products we deliver meet that standard.
Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel an order, you're able to do so within 24 hours of payment by contacting us. Pleases include the order number from your confirmation email.
Returns
We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. All requests can be initiated by contacting us here.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please send photos of the issue in your email, and once reviewed we can process a refund, no return is required.
If the product is in the condition as advertised, and you have changed your mind about the purchase, you're able to initiate a return to receive a refund, but will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
Once you've mailed the product to the return location, please send a photo of the shipping confirmation and we can issue the refund.
